Deborah Carbott Biography

Prince Georges, Montgomery and Anne Arundel Counties are Deborah's core markets where she helps homeowners sell their homes and assists buyers in purchasing their dream homes. Deborah’s focused markets are within an hour of several military bases in Maryland. Since she is a native of  Maryland, she has intimate knowledge of these areas. Bowie, Annapolis, Crofton, Temple Hills, Clinton, Fort Washington, Upper Marlboro, Edgewater, Chesapeake Beach, and Deale are some of the smaller markets she’s very acquainted with. She loves helping clients to Navigate our complex markets.

With a Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, she spent 20+ years in Medical Research at the bench, where she learned and perfected her project management skills that she uses today in Real Estate. Stepping away from the lab, she managed an Operations Office focused on providing Laboratory Services and support to Scientists in the Medical Center where she became a Major Resource for processes, contacts, lab relocations, repairs, and more. She was customer focused then and still remains customer focused today. Interacting and helping her customers solve their problems is her cherished part of the day.

Having raised her children in Bowie as a military family, she has first-hand knowledge of the challenges of adapting to and discovering the new Duty Station area. Living in one of the hottest markets in the area and participating in the Bowie Boys & Girls Club was a great experience and allowed her a means to provide her time and talents to the community she cared about. With her familiarity with the military service and the bases in the area, she can also be a great resource to military personnel & their families
