I also have the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES), Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations, and also a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.

My chosen website name, www.RealEstateAndOla.com captures the intersection of my person and passion for real estate.  I earned my Bachelors in Electrical Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University and my Masters in Software Engineering at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, but after reading Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad it became my mission to become financially independent. This defining moment in my life, inspired me to buy my first investment property in 1998 and then started to cut my teeth in all facets of real estate. 

I am also an advanced Scuba Diver, and avid Art Collector, A Must Go traveler, an aspiring pilot, a follower of the Lifeonaire philosophy and a proud member of the Omega Psi Phi, Fraternity, Inc.
