Meet Janelle.

My name is Janelle and I am a new Realtor at Exit Deluxe Realty Group with a focus on Baltimore, Maryland. I’ve been active in the Baltimore City community for 22 years. I have many passions and gifts.  I gained the bulk of my professional experience working as an insurance agent for Allstate at which time I held a property and casualty license in Maryland. I studied Business Management at UOP, Addictions Counseling and Nursing at BCCC, and Human Services Management at UB.  

Throughout my career, I’ve founded a 501c3 which provided housing to vulnerable populations of people and with the help of two investors, I’ve owned and operated assisted living facilities for disabled and elderly. I’ve done many things; however, my biggest goal has remained the same. My goal is to be kind and gentle while providing professional services that will help people move through and successfully navigate different phases of life.  

While I am here to assist all homebuyers and sellers, my first interest in real estate is to help those individuals who are in need of upsizing or downsizing their homes to accommodate lifestyle changes. I believe that everyone should be able to own a home that is comfortable and suitable to their unique needs.

In my spare time, I love to be with my family, grow plants, and study interior designers. I have a great gift of decorating and I operate a home staging company that I plan to make available as a tool to assist my buyers with identifying properties and my sellers with selling properties. I am here and I am ready and willing to help you. With the help of my Exit Deluxe Realty team, I will work with my clients to achieve their buying and selling goals.
